Santa Claus has touched down in Aberdeen and is headed to the Bon Accord Centre! Come and meet him and his cheery elves this Winter.
Get ready North-east, Santa is back in town!
Starting Saturday November 9th, Santa's Workshop will be open for business in the upper mall of the Bon Accord Centre. Expect reindeers, mischievous elves, and lots of presents.
This event is super popular so we recommend you secure your space as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Tickets cost £9.99 per child (maximum of 5 children, adults are welcome to attend free of charge.) Each ticket will include a gift, access to the workshop, and meet and greet with Santa. Photo packages will be available to purchase on the day.
We are barking with excitement to announce that pups can now meet Santa at Santa's Workshop! Bring your furry friends to meet Santa, snap a pawsome picture, and take home a bark-tastic present! Tickets cost £6.99 per dog with a maximum of 3 dogs per booking.

This year's relaxed sessions will take place on Sunday 1st December 09.30am – 11.30am and Tuesday 3rd December 4pm – 6pm. If you wish to book a relaxed session, please get in touch with us by clicking the button below. We respectively request that these slots are only booked by families that need more support and time when visiting the workshop.
We aim to accommodate all children. These sessions are accessible for any child that may have additional needs or sensitivity to light and noise. The extended sessions last 15 minutes, ensuring there is enough time for children to meet Santa Claus in an environment they feel comfortable in.
As standard, all flashing lights and music will be turned off. However, if you have any additional needs please let the elves know. Please note, both the Winter wonderland and Workshop are accessible by wheelchair.
We're on the lookout for some cheerful elves! This fun-filled volunteering opportunity is perfect for those happy-go-lucky individuals who want to spread Christmas cheer. There will always be a chief elf on hand to keep any mischievous elves in order...
Elves will meet and greet visitors, check bookings, organise gifts, introduce children to Santa, prepare and take photographs, sell Charlie House merchandise and photo packages, as well as keep the workshop in tip top condition. Full training will be provided at our one and only elf school!
